You may trial mediaCam for 30 days before registering, but you must register mediaCam before distributing captures. Registering your copy will remove the tattoo that appears on the replay screen.
When mediaCam is started, and not registered, the dialog box below will be displayed. If you have a registration key then select the Register Now button which will take you to the registration Dialog. If you don’t have a registration key then visit our buy page and purchase online.
Once you have selected the Register Now button the following dialog will appear:
Enter the registation details your recieved, if you purchased online then these were included in your order confirmation, if you purchased a CD then the details can be found on the back of the CD box. Please make sure you take care and copy the details exactly. For example if you have a mediaCam AV V4 - 5 User then enter mediaCam AV V4 - 5 User as the product name.
If you have purchased a single seat licence then enter the name you entered on purchase.
Once all boxes have been filled, select the Register button. If your details are correct you will be presented with the following message box. Please take the time to register online for speedy support.
If you are upgrading an existing product simply uninstall your current version and download and install the latest version. When prompted enter your upgrade registration details.
If you need to install mediaCam on a new machine, first register the software with your original registration details, then register using the upgrade details.
