We have a range of standard packages covering Usability evaluation of live or test bed hosted websites. Our basic package carries out a Heuristic Evaluation of the website based on industry standard measures. We review the general layout, readability, navigation, user feedback, user control, consistency and standards, flexibility, aesthetics and intuitiveness.

The evaluation is carried out using a general overview and a series of task based activities navigated by an expert user and recorded using netu2 mediaCam. A PowerPoint presentation is constructed using annotated clips to demonstrate the issues of interest along with severity ratings and explanations of the problems. Recommendations will be made for improvements.

More advanced packages include panel testing where a representative group of users is assembled based on demographic criteria and recorded carrying out a set of tasks on the website using netu2 mediaCam. The results are analysed and included in the report along with observations and recommendations.
