What does mediaCam do?
MediaCam allows you to record onscreen action from your Windows desktop and saves it as a full motion video. The use of lossless compression results in crisp, high quality replays.
MediaCam also captures the pointer, mouse button presses, keystrokes, audio and voice narration. These are synchronised and streamed to the same file.
MediaCam records without adversely affecting your computer's speed and usability, which means your cursor doesn't stutter and your menus don't lock even when capturing the most demanding applications.
Annotation
A soon as a capture has been recorded it is ready for editing and annotating.
No time-consuming conversion process is needed. To annotate simply move to the
relevant position in the capture, select your annotation tool and start drawing.
You can select from arrows, lines, text boxes, speech bubbles, highlights, zoom
box and freehand brush. Choose fonts, fill colours and outline types.
Editing & Export
MediaCam has built-in editing tools for creating, cutting and joining of clips.
It also has audio tools to mute, over-dub and insert your own music or narration
onto your captures.
MediaCam uses it own highly compressed file format, but if you need to export it then you can convert to Movie(AVI) and Flash™(SWF)files.
