mediaControl Plus simplifies the process of task-based testing by providing an on screen dockable four button interface along with a text area which displays the current task or instruction.

The user interface

Simple user interaction

The participant follows the instructions and carries out the requested tasks. Start of task, end of task, problems and bookmarks are all controlled by button clicks along with feedback and comments. All is recorded in a synchronised data track within your capture file ready to be analysed using mediaCam's timeline window.

Wizard driven

MediaControl Plus has a Task Wizard which allows you to build a complete set of tasks and control popups such as introduction, login comments, task satisfaction and thank you messages.

Use mediaCam to set up your capture area, choose whether to record audio and video, and select capture frame rates. MediaControl Plus can then be configured through its Task Wizard to run, start and stop mediaCam automatically.

Analysis

Once your recording is complete you can analyse your results using mediaCam's event tree and timeline analysis windows.

Select a marker and jump straight into your capture at the relevant position. Eliminate the need to hunt through hours of material to find and edit important information.
