Is buying online safe ?
All netu2's on-line payments are processed by WorldPay. You will be taken to their secure site to enter your credit card details. Netu2 do not have access to these details. Your order will then be processed by WorldPay who uses state-of-the-art security tools and techniques, to ensure that you are protected against possible risks involved in online payment processing.
Registration email
On purchasing you will be supplied with registration details to unlock the product for full use. These will be in the form of a web page and a confirmation email. Please make sure any spam blockers allow mail from netu2.com.
VAT Charge
Netu2 is based in the United Kingdom.
The following European Union regulations regarding electronic commerce apply:
- If your business is located outside the EU, VAT does not apply to you
- If your business is located in the UK, you will be charged 17.5% VAT
- If your business is located in the EU and you don't have a valid VAT registration number, you will be charged 17.5% VAT
- If your business is located in the EU and you have a valid VAT registration number you won't be charged VAT
Can I use a purchase order?
If you are an educational establishment and don't want to purchase online then complete our order form and fax or mail it to us.
Can I claim a discount?
If you are an educational establishment and would like to benefit from our software discount scheme please registration and claiming your discount.
